Need Programmer Familiar With Twitter API

    I am working on a new site which will heavily invovle Twitter API.

    What I need the script to do:

    - When I enter a twitter user name into my database it should grab: Follower count, and last 5 tweets (also a option to follow that user which I'm not sure is possible)

    I just need the API for this coded and nothing else, if you have examples PLEASE PM them to me.
