Need programmer/designer for simple poll script

I need a simple poll script for the 'poll' section of my homepage here

All it needs to do is to have the functionality for users to vote and a button for users to see the results (In a nice graph). Also it must match the style of my page.

I know there are several scripts online for free and if anyone can install one of these that would be great also (As long as you can style it to fit in with the style of my page).

 

Do you have database access for a programmer to use? I can build this for you this way, or if you do not, I can create it using a text file to keep responses in.

If you just need a poll with a single question and don't need to be able to change it, I can do that for $20. If you would like a small backend to manage questions, I can do it for $40.
