Buying Need programmer/designer all in one

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for an individual that can do both the designing & coding for a quick, one page webpage I need put together. I'd like to have one person do both the design & code work so they are familiar with my needs vs. explaining the project to 2 different providers.

    I have a few specifications in how the page will need to function.
