Need programing and design service

    Hi guys

    I need the following service(s)

    Im starting now a new site on the net, it include: PHPbb forum and phpLD Link

    i have installed mod for phpbb (mod that shows the last posted topics in a php page)

    what i need is someone to create an index page (that is modetly graphic) + put the 'last posted topics' (which is phpbb file) in the index page.

    (of course if you can do only programing or design its OK)

    who can do it for a decent price?
