Need programer for Subit forms

    My forms aren't working properly, i fill out a couple myself and i don't get them.... and some times i receive Blank emails while some stuff Are required!!!

    I payed some dude to make them >_M he sucks!!
    i need this fixed asap!!!
    There are 5 forms to be fixed each have 4-6 pages.....

    I need some expert that can do this quick and WITH NO mistakes!

    Locking to spend at max $40, to fix this post your rates(if lower) than max and the time that will take you!
