I only know the basics about programming, to complete a college project though I need a program that “collects†info from ebay. I’m talking about data that is accessible to everyone (listings and their details) so I think that this should be possible. The basic idea would be a program that collects data from listings, filters out the unnecessary info and leaves me with the ones I’m interested in and allows me to look at the items I’m interested in by setting parameter values. I don’t really know how complicated this might me but I would be willing to pay a reasonable price and patiently work with someone who think is capable of pulling it off…. Cheers

i believe scrapers exist in all languages. just being able to retrieve n' parse the html is all you need to do.
And since this is a project for school, dont you think it would be wise for you do it yourself so that you learn how to do it rather then paying someone to do it for you?
