Need program name

    This is actually really hard to do! You could possibly use parametric EQ to cut the vocals frequency range but at best you'll just quieten them. Its almost impossible to completely remove them. There will always be some trace..

    I have never found a program that can successfully do this.

    Your best bet is to search for an instrumental version of the song.
