Well, if you are looking to get improved ranking in Google.fr, than here's what you should do: 1. Submit your site to regional business directories, classified sites and get quality and relevant backlinks within your targeted region. 2. Your hosting servers should be based within your targeted region. (I mean, if you are targeting France, than buy hosting from France; as it counts in SEO) 3. Make a "contact us" page and write your proper address (if it is in France/Paris, than mention the place). Unless you don't want to place your address, ignore this step. 4.
