Buying NEED Professional PSD to HTML Programmer - 3 Page Project - URGENT

    Hi, I need an expert programmer that can help me code a 3 page design I have in PSD. I'm looking for someone that can:

    • Code PSD to XHTML
    • Code must be 100% valid and Cross-Browser compatible
    • Code must be commented and clean
    • Can use CSS in code for special elements not just images. (ie. Backgrounds with borders)
    • Can deliver it fast (Fast turnaround)


    Please let me know your price and TAT for this, I need price for homepage and additional pages.
