    Hi,

    I need a logo and business card for the name: Grand Rapids Carpet Cleaning
    I will use the logo on website, Invoices, Business cards and on a Auto.

    Looking for:

    * Transparent back ground
    * Vector
    * Professional company look
    * Clean and easy to read from a distance.
    * File formats (bmp, tif, psd, eps, gif, png)
    * Logo and Business Card

    The use of Black is OK
    No colors like purple, orange or pinks

    The contest will last for 3 to 4 days. I reserve the right to reject all if none are suitable.
    Payment will be by Paypal. $50.00 prize

    What does that, mean shades of color, shapes and designs, text and style? Could your expectations be described further, it would help...like maybe in 15 words or less describe What your business means to you or what/who would be the ideal representation for your business? one more Midwest Grand Rapids or West Coast Grand Rapids?

    Grand Rapids is the name of a City in the Midwest, Carpet Cleaning is what I do.
    Sades of color in my mind: well balanced scheme of colors such as black, red, blue and or green.
    I was interested in shapes, images that look good with letters and the arrangement of the words 'Grand Rapids Carpet Cleaning', like: swirls, ovals, dots, swoosh marks, etc, things like that.
    Take just the words and arrange them in a unique pattern with colors that look interesting.

    Vector is most important, all file are good to have if you care to send them.


    If you want to just display a logo with out a Business card in your entry, thats cool. I'm mainly looking for a logo first, then a Business Card.


    Looking for more concepts :)

    I see you answered my question well, and I worked on this one last night before coming back to see if there were any updates, I had generated in a way to get some feedback, but now I read your answers which were detailed and professional, very rare for DP...I will post it and come back with another Idea, It's an industrial machine but not as industrial as the ones you have the one I made usually gets used with the Van, Great Job, are you going to place it on the side of a truck similar to the example in #14 I had a several nice concepts hope you can wait and like them

    The GR in the icon is hard to read and the color does not appeal to me. I dont care for the shape of the 2 boxes off set.
    Grand Rapids should be in the same size of text.
    The text you used in Grand looks like a better text then Rapids :)


    I dont care to have any tools or a person in the logo. I want to find a Object, Letters or a Object and Letters.
    I will use the logo on the Van or Truck when I get one. Right now I need a logo that is distinctive, separates me from any one that has or uses Grand Rapids Carpet Cleaning.

    If you check out that link in #14, It a truck thats ben remodeled to a show case truck. Its a very nice truck :Loaded" Its what most carpet cleaners would be proud to have.

    This is a attractive concept. Thanks for entry.
    The (g) should be "G" and same with the R in the words 'Grand Rapids'.
    Maybe Carpet Cleaning should be in black and or with capital letters.

    Do I see bubbles in the Orb? Cool
