I have a very specific request in mind. I need a simple but slick looking design, and dynamic content (popups) when a mouse goes over an item. Has to be all done from scratch, all original. For now I don't care about scrolling, just need slick popups, layout and fonts. Don't worry about the content, just a sample html template, the content will be populated by PHP and we will take care of that you don't have to program the backend.
