Buying Need professional designer to design and code Woocommerce theme

As the title says.

Need someone who is GREAT with design and can design something beautiful. Must be Web 2.0 standards and not look like it was designed in the 90's. I have a link as an example of what it must look like, but do not copy the design. It's an idea of what is liked, use your own imagination.

I will not be paying anything in advance, so please don't message me and ask me to send 10%, 20% or any % upfront. I will pay when the client is happy and I am happy with the template coding.

Do not message me if you are rubbish with HTML and CSS. I want valid, responsive code - I am a programmer as well, so I will be able to tell.

Yeah, well, I'm fed up of getting scammed from people on Digital Point.

 

Lol! I recently had a client who didn't pay me anything after I did everything and he liked it all. I did the work for him without upfront as I had worked for him before and paid. This time, he said he has no money in his paypal and requested me to start and promised to pay as soon as he has funds in paypal. He took all the work and never replied. So, No!

 

I'm open to using escrow. That will ensure you get your money. I will not simply send money via PayPal though and take your word that the work will be finished.

 

You can file a charge back for services not rendered on PayPal I don't see the issue? I'd be happy to help you out, but would need to revise those terms to be accommodate both you and myself.

 

Because I shouldn't need to file a charge back. It wastes my time - and then they usually dispute it like they normally do so I must come up with screenshots, conversation logs and so on.

I will use escrow, nothing else.

 

Good luck, someone quality isn't going to fight for your business and someone who settles isn't worth your time . Sometimes time is worth more than money

 

I have 3 interested parties so far that are being interviewed and 2 of them have an outstanding portfolio.

Sometime's being stern pays off and I'll get exactly what I ask for

I have a list of clients who like my work in start but did not pay anything. Later on when project is completed and they are happy but in mean time they got some cheaper designer. They have nothing to lose but I lost everything.
So if you agree with some upfront for security purpose, I will be available. I have years of experience with woocommerce and wp commerce both with custom design and custom functionality.

Can show you examples and even references from clients if you want but I will work only if i have upfront.
