we are thinking about starting a business selling adult dvds and such and shipping them throughout the US

but are concerned about the legal affects of this, and getting a knock on the door from the attorney general or postmaster

i know one tactic is not to ship to certain area codes (in n. florida for instance) and not ship through the USPS

what else? im sure there are some experts here that know more about this

    what processors allow this?

I think that legally it's not necessarily restricted as long as the products are legal, no copyright, or other legal issues with the products. More than anything it's a moral issue. Most of the processors in the US (all of them to my knowledge at this point) wont allow even tangible goods of this type. Your best bet is to find an offshore processor that allows them.

Most processors don't like the high charge back rates. I think merchantlane dot com will take you
