We need a system for accepting payments
    Our customers pay via Paypal
Are there any alternatives to 2co?

There is also Plimus you can use it to have checkout system without paying account fees.
P.S You need a Paypal account to let people pay you with their Paypal account.

If you want to accept payment through PayPal only, why don't you implement PayPals IPN directly into your system, or hire a developer to do it for you ?

You are going to lower your costs and fees this way allot in the long run, and PayPal IPN implementation is pretty cheap on the developer market.

Particularly every online store/e-commerce/membership script has Paypal at least one of the payment processors. Tell us how you want your site to work and some one will be able to tell you fully what to do.
