U haven't submitted PR before ? I mainly write & submit in free-press-release.com Press Release is not like article, it needs summary & quotes to include I guess thats why you quoted such low price. Hard-core Professionals will ask $50 for a 300-400 word press-release, believe it or not. Moreover, pr are generally 1000-3000 words, otherwise they don't get much value or attention. Good luck leaving that in the hand of noobs.
