It does depend on what you mean by "cheap." For example, I charge around $100 for the writing, and that's extremely cheap for a PR professional (which I am... I run a PR firm and specialize in online PR, so you'd be hard-pressed to find someone more qualified to write one here). At the same time, if by "cheap" you mean you'd prefer a $10-30 press release written by a generic content writer over a quality one with more serious media relations potential (you won't get a high quality release at rates like that around here), then just do a search for press releases and you'll find writers offering those kinds of services. It really depends on what you want out of the release.
