Hello I have a site about sex change operations ! I tried using adsense but all ads are irrelevant and as a result I have a low ppc and ctr...I removed the ads for this reason(and also because i didn't want to get smartpriced) I have about (really targetted)500 impressions per day .I don't want to make a lot of money by this site..about 1 $ / day would be ok Any suggestions for any good ppc or page by impression program ? Failing AdBrite could try Exoclick. I'm not sure what the price per click will be like in this niche, but every click pays something. They also pay weekly by PayPal, which is convenient to a lot of people. If you've got a lot of traffic it might be worth a try to see how it goes. More info in this Exoclick review article.
