Hi need someone to start and run an ad campaign for my home business. This is a 2 week trial, and future work is based on results. By you being a Pro it is assumed that I will not be in the hole when all is said and done, you know how to optimize and tweak campaigns for the best results. You will need to set up and run the campaign. This is a very good converting business, so I expect to see at least 4-5 sales within 2 weeks. If after the 2 weeks is up and the results are good, you will receive work for at least the next 3 months, otherwise ill move on to someone else. Pay is $11/hr + $100 commission for each sale. You could easily earn $1000+ in the next 2 weeks. You can use whatever tactics and techinques you know to improve sales as long as it doesnt end up in a ban by google. PM me if interested.
