Need PPC and/or CPM program for international/non-US traffic

Hi all, I'm looking for one or some programs to better monetize my site.

Currently I'm using only Adsense but it doesn't give good result because it is a site based mainly on videos (with few text content) and the traffic is international: 45% of traffic is from Honk Kong, 30% from English-speaking countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia), 10% European (Italy, Spain,...).
The site gets around 210K pageviews per month (7,000 per day).

Is there any PPC program that I can use for Chinese users?
Which CPM program/s will you suggest for some banners?

I recommend AdBrite.
Their full pages ads pay around $1 CPM, with CPM banners paying somewhere between 20-50 cents per thousand impressions. On top of this their PPC units usually pay (in my experience) between 5-20 cents per click on average, depending on the origin of the traffic. I've had larger clicks than that in the past.
I like it and it works well for me, as my check in the article shows.

i use creditburner u will get 2$ per thousands impression and even u can use two combination ads wid it to .its the best cpm i used u can check my blog for more details
