Hi, I have a layout that i need coding into html and css from the png image that i have created. The image can be seen here: http://violentterritory.com/template.png - Blank without text. http://violentterritory.com/template2.png - As it will look with things added so you can see the divs that need creating. The price i am offering here is $30 for it to be done tonight as i have been quoted by 2 coders but both can't do the design to code for me tonight. I would require the job to be XHTML and W3 valid. The coding should be done to show correctly in all browsers (IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) And the job needs to be done asap as i am on a very tight timescale. Anyone interested in the job?
You would be coding the first image to make it so that i can create the second image when i add my content to the site.

You should not complete the task without the OP assigning you to the job as they may of already found some one, which will waste your time and effort in coding that.
