Buying Need PLAY/STOP controls on .SWF on website <$5>

    Looking for someone who can put a STOP/PLAY control on my .SWF thats embedded on my homepage. I want the controls to show up only when the mouse is hovered over the flash and then dissappear when they move there mouse away from the flash.

    The .SWF is the video spokesperson on the homepage http://tinyurl.com/2394bbo
