Need Phpbb mods installed and a site coded

    I need some phpbb mods installed cheaply. They need to be installed on all templates. 3-6 mods total.

    I also need a valid xhtml/css coder for a six page layout I have had done. I will not post it here as it is 100% unique and never before seen. This is for a web hosting site.

    Willing to hire two different people for these jobs. If it is done fast and cheap enough I may work out a contract on a per month basis.
