Buying Need PHP/WP Adjustment

    I need some php work on a WP based site. The last 3 coders failed me so here I am again.

    I need the 4 ad spots removed from the site and replaced with a single 250x250 ad spot. The WP theme currently allows you to change the 4 current 125x125 banners with ones I can insert via the admincp but I need this all removed in favor of a single ad

    Simple 5 min for someone who actually knows what they are doing
