Need php/sql programmer...

    Hi,

    I'm looking for somebody to create a script for me. I'd like a referral system thing for link exchanges. I want webmasters to be able to add their site, i want 10 sites that send in most traffic to displayed sitewide. I want traffic to reset daily at 12:10am GMT. I want a page to display top 100 sites too, which will display hits in today, hits out today, total hits in and total hits out. I want links to be SEO friendly (so in links something like mysite.com/link-1.html or something).
