I'm building a site based around vBulletin and need a PHP coder to make a few modifications and a script. I'll need a few fields added to the registration form (around 5). I have a home page designed where I'll need the registration and login form displayed. I need a script where a registered user can post a claim against someone for scamming them. When the claim is posted, I need the script to notify the accused person via email. The accused can then register and post in their defense. Also, the claim poster should receive an email for any updates to the thread (new posts). Any registered user needs to be able to subscribe to the thread to receive updates via email (vBulletin subscribe feature can probably be used for this). I need this integrated in vBulletin so that all the claims appear in a forum (each claim will be a thread, but the original post will have a different layout than normal threads because there will be extra info).
