Need PHP programmer to convert Javascript Fns to PHP

    I need a PHP programmer to convert an open source javascript function into PHP. This program has one main function and one or two helper functions.

    If you over look the data array, there is probably only a page and a half of code to convert.

    We would prefer to pay through PayPal.

    See the attached code that needs to be converted.
