Need PHP Programmer for Simple Script $15 Paypal

I need a PHP Programmer to write a small script that will read a folders content and display it as url's in a list.

So it will take these files:

Folder Contents:

my-files.txt
my-files2.txt
my-files3.txt

And return the files as:

<ul>
  <li><a href="my-files.php">My Files</a></li>
  <li><a href="my-files2.php">My Files2</a></li>
  <li><a href="my-files3.php">My Files3</a></li>
</ul>
