Need PHP/mySQL site restored, have directions, will pay

    accepting offers for this job. Just as the title says, I already have all the site files uploaded via ftp. the chmod permissions are already set. I just need the DB created, and a .sql file imported. Along with a few other minor tasks. Accepting rates from reasonable canidates.
