[NEED] php & Mysql expert for easy Script

Looking for someone to make a script that will take several database files i have and generate a site with php/html pages.

Some database files have several catagories and several 1000 entries.

Each db should be easy to import into the script and catagories will be added based on the db files.

should look something like this:

but the catagories will be generated by the db

I dont need a backend I can add new records via cpanel

I have a suggestion:

Instead of creating a new script, you can use wordpress for a back-end and create a new theme that will suit your need. This will be a better option. But you have to hire people for data entry for those 1000 posts that will not be a big cost.
