Hi guys, I need an experienced programmer for database web project. I have: Large CSV (";" delimited) file with 6 columns (arguments). It's a Bank Identification Number database. The first column is a BIN itself (6 digits). The user enters this value and the script must output the rest 5 columns associated with it. Each string always contains the 1st parameter, others are optional. Sample full string: 400169;Scott Credit Union;CREDIT;GOLD/PREM;United States of America;800-215-6280 Sample incomplete string: 473481;Credit Union Card Services, Inc.;;;United States of America; I need: Create MySQL database from CSV file, set up several php pages with simple design. Database requirements: I have strict security requirements. If you are unable to provide that, please don't waste my time when you take this job. So, the security issues are: 1. Restriction: 2 requests per IP per day. 2. Readable captcha when querying the DB. 3. SQL injection protection. 4. More measures upon your advice (very appreciated). Website requirements: Structure is simple: the left column should be a menu ("home", "about", "search the DB", "contact", "article1", "article2", "article3"). The right column is a corresponding page. Design may be based on a template of yours, but it must be simple, light-weighted, have 2-columns (left menu and content). Blue-on-white or Black- on-white. Graphics: little to none. Fast loading. All .php pages must be editable in any common editor like Dreamweaver, or, at least, Notepad. Final documentation: Detailed yet understandable, step-by-step instructions on how to work with the database from hosting account. I.e., clear existing db, add new values to existing db, import csv file to empty mysql db. Everything must be set up on Bluehost linux shared hosting account. I'll provide sample database (20 strings) and IP/login/password for the hosting. Payment - Paypal only.
