Hey, I have two tasks at hand. Need a good programmer. Only custom code and need to start immediately. Payment only after work is complete. Part payments will be done for larger project. Task 1: I already have a design in html. Need someone to implement Php/MySql to make it function. Includes registration, ticketting, search, invoice, report and paypal integration. Will be provided DB structure and any changes needed can be made. Flow of program will be explained and needs to be followed. Please provide an approximate budget and time frame only if you can start immediately. Task 2: Integrate Credit Card Fraud check into Interspire shopping cart. I will provide the sample code and API of the fraud checker. This needs time and debugging. Please reply only if you can start immediately and have worked with shopping carts before.
