Buying Need Php Javascript/Jquery Ajax to Fix Script

    I need somebody who is an expert in Php, JS & Ajax to fix a simple invoice script in php, ajax, JS/jQuery. I am stuck in the middle of an invoice script and need help. It's just 30-40% complete as I need further help in making in the bill print out. In short its a billing application in php-mysql. Check out the attached files and see whether you would be able to help.

    When you reply provide details about how you will achieve this and the cost and time for doing this.
