Need PHP for SMALL wordpress Job

    I am using this theme, but i need it altering so that it is firstly 2 column's wide per row. Then the thumbnail background image changing to video. At the moment the image is set inside the post as a custom field. I have a plugin installed called ProPlayer (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/proplayer/). This allows me to play videos in my post through BBcode.

    So I need that thumbnail removing, and make it call the video what I put in with the BBcode.
