Buying Need PHP expert to fix a Wordpress Plugin

    I have a custom made plugin for Wordpress which posts messages to Social Networking sites like Twitter, Facebook based on some logic. The plugin works fine except that sometimes it posts the same message multiple times.

    I need a PHP expert who has hands on experience with Wordpress plugin development to fix this problem.
