Need PHP E-mail form script - requires inclusion of AJAX

I need a script that will do the following. Please PM me with your offer. I'm willing to spend up to $30 to have this done. If you can show me examples of other forms you've written that are similar to what I'm asking here, perhaps we can discuss a higher rate.

1. Submit the contents of a completed form on my website to me via E-mail. I will provide the form code so you can use the appropriate field names.

2. Use AJAX to send the E-mail once submit is pressed and display a line of text saying the information has been submit, without reloading the page.

3. Field validation that will highlight fields with information input incorrectly. The highlighted fields must be styled.

I'm basing this form off of my Blog's form, at http://moretech.us.com/about which uses a Wordpress plugin.

I am somewhat confused. It looks like you already have a working e-mail form that works the way you describe it.

 

All you want is to add extra feature of styled AJAX validation and confirmation?

 

That's correct. I'd just like one person to rewrite all the code, if possible.
