Need PHP database search programmer.

    I have a mysql database full of baby names and meaning and origin.

    I just need someone to create a page that can search for a name and bring up what it comes with.

    By "create a page", do you mean working the search box and results into an existing template, designing a page around it, or just something simple and unstyled whatsoever ?
