Buying Need PHP Coder Who Can Also Design

    I need php coder who can also design (or if you are a coder, find a designer to work with you altogether). However, I need these requirements:

    1. you must have at least 5 iTraders and all must be positive (100% feedback), otherwise dont expect a reply from me

    2. you must show me at least 2 of your portfolio in your PM. If you dont show me your portfolio, dont expect a reply. Give me your best portfolio since I want to work with the best one
