hi there. Looking for a php coder to do some job to the existing sms script. There are so many sms scripts out there, but nothing is built for the usability of the senders. Many of the scripts have around 200 carriers in their list and require the sender to manually select to send messages. I will need a coder to code a php script to automatically select the carriers by itself rather than the sender manually doing it. I think this can be done by matching the starting digits of the carriers. Please let me know if you're interested or you have a way to do it. It's even better if you already have the script ready
Although this was possible once upon a time, this is no longer the case due to mobile number portability (MNP) which, in case you're wondering, is when an individual begins his mobile contract with one operator but then shifts over to another operator whilst retaining his old number. In such scenarios (which are very common), the number might suggest the subscribers belongs to network X but in fact belongs to network Y. If you can get a hold of mobile numbering plans for all of the networks which you support, you can still get a decent level of success though (as not everyone has shifted networks), but this is not something you would want to do for a commercial project.
