Need php coder to make a alertpay module for dolphin.

As title says i need it to work to work with alertpay's ipn. Module can be derived from paypal's ipn however the callback needs to be fixed so member's profiles get updated when the payment transaction + reccuring ones are successful and when subscriptions are canceled or not paid.
