Need PHP coder to fix Joomla installation

I have an issue with one of my sites, following an upgrade of my Joomla installation. None of the Joomla login forms work any more, users are always told they have input the incorrect password (they haven't). I've searched everywhere, posted in the official Joomla forums, made some attempts, but am unable to fix it myself.

Info
- Joomla 1.0.13 -> 1.0.15 was the upgrade that caused the issue
- linux dedicated box, php5, phpMyAdmin
- Site is adult orientated, if you aren't happy to work with that please don't respond
- Admin login issue appears to be encryption related, unsure what user login issue is
- Fresh install is not an option
