Need PHP Coder to Fix 2 Forms

    I have 2 forms; 1 in english and 1 in spanish

    Code is in english for both and uses the same exact form.

    The form isnt working properly.

    Need to pay someone to fix.

    Shouldn't take long.

    Offering $50 to fix.

    When a user submits it keeps telling them they need to fill in information; when in fact all info is filled in.
