Guys i got 2 coders unhappy with both. They are masters but here are somethings you must know if you want to be in 1)Doing all projects under our name 2)Helping us as much as you can(you get the same from rest team members) 3)You dont say *I* to your clients you say *WE* 4)Dont hope for living in hell asking for heaven that means ask as less as you can for your projects not $100 for no reason.Because our team gives quality work at cheap price. 5)The first project when you are in team will be that you have to help the whole team(rest of members) design the homepage. 6)No one is CEO of the team and everyone is equal.Just consider it a round table conference 7)You cant ditch us(unjoin us) whenever you want.people can be taken out from the team if the whole teams want.DEMOCRACY 8)If you make some thing and the client on DP or another site does not like it then no one in team is responsible. 9)The one who makes something named *x* ands sells it for *$y* gets *$y/50* and the rest team members get equal ammount.Here is a example Suppose there are three members in our team namely A , B , C.In which A is selling a logo under our team's name for $100.So A will get $50 and B and C will get $25 each. 10)The most imp thing we get customers from sites like DP.Everyone in the team would be using a single account on all sites we are member of so that you get your projects directly. 11)The profit is that you sell your own things and get $$ + you get earnings from things made by other. 12)Its not that you join the team and say give a project.Please read point 5.After doing point 5.We'll get some $$ as our site wont be under construction any more and after that we might have a heavy earning.That depends on US
"quality work at cheap price" - I would say "quality work at reasonable prices". Do not be cheap if your work is good. On the other hand if your work is crap don't charge at all..
