I need someone to script a paypal ipn script. I need a panel where you can login and then buy points and use the points to buy things. I need it so that when your logging in it gets the data from table accounts and for the username the subtable is Name and for the password it gets it from the password using a SHA1 encryption. When you buy something from the shop after you bought points it will ask you for your character name it would get it from characters and the subtable name and it would get the character id from the subtable id. The ItemId will be the item there buying with there point and the quanity is how many they wanna buy. Then it would insert: I need to test it after you make it. MUST HAVE AN ADMIN PANEL WHERE I CAN ADD ITEMS Im paying 20$ CAD.
$20? Trust me, when it's a site where people are buying things pay more and get better more secure code. I doubt anyone would be willing to even do a terrible job of that for $20.
$20 CAD is $20.16 USD. I assure you you will never find anyone who will do something like that for $20. If you do, one or more of the following will probably be true 1. Pirated script that is made by someone else 2. Insecure code 3. Non-working program 4. Scammer
obviously budget is too low ... usually programmers who charge hourly, their usual rates are 20-25$ per hour...
^^Thats a usual rate for an entry level programmer, try $50 and up per hour if you want someone experienced.
