Okay guys im not stupid and i know the value of a script. One of the scripts i need done is a simple file upload script so why am i getting people telling me they will do it for 20 euros or 30 usd... Dont even bother if you are going to try and ripp me off please. To those who know how to value there work fairly please do continue to pm me with your offers. Thanks.
$30 usd is pretty fair for a file upload script considering error handling functionality. If you want something without error checking then anyone can do that for a few bucks. If your looking for someone to program for you for $5 an hour then your out your mind.
You just do not understand the price of REAL programming rates. $30 for that type of script is not much.
Yes it is. There are tutorials that i can follow that take about 10 minutes to complete. And you accept 30 to do that job? No offense but thats a lot of money for a simple code. And yes i also code just not php and i know how to value my work. I would never charge such a price for such a simple and small code. I have found a coder that has reasonable prices, thanks to everyone who was interested!
Well then if you arent willing to pay the going price for such a service then dont ask for it and dont complain when people quote you that price.

Actually, That is the last thing I am trying to do. What I am really trying to do is to raise the standards of programmers up from the slums of what it is now. The price we get paid is ridiculous compared to what it should be. Just because you want to be cheap and pay us sweatshop pay, does not mean you can insult us when we try to offer you a LOW price for such work.
