Buying Need Photoshop Tutorial Writer - Paid Position -- Quality Tuts Only

Hello,

I am looking for one or two people to write Photoshop tutorials for me. Please give me examples of past work and name your price. I will be buying long-term, and would consider monthly salary as opposed to $/per tutorial.

Most design sites offer between $150-$300 for tutorials is compensation around this amount?

Text or video. Both are fine.

My budget is a little less than that, but will grow as the site grows. We currently receive 70k unique visits/month.

 

How many tutorials do you require? And any specified sub-topics?

 

@bentink - Any number is fine. In addition to looking for someone to do this full-time (20 tutorials/month), I am also willing to buy single tutorials or small packs if they meet the standards. I will work out the price with each author based on their prices, the quality of the tutorials, etc.
