are you sure it's a brush?
it looks like an illustrator work more than photoshop.

 

Don't limit yourself to brushes only, you can also use shapes that can emulate those waves..

 

Adobe itself has a great community site that allows users to upload their brushes of all types, from natural to stencils. If you come up empty handed, you can always make your own brush
