Basically i have a driving license, i need 1 number changed on the card, its a scanned copy, worth 10-15$ to whoever can do it and make it look legit

trying to run a business here and paypal are stopping me, anyways cykill did a good job so i gave it to him

 

Since when does paypal require a drivers license, any alteration of a federal document can result in 5 to 10 years in federal pen, assuming you are under 18, you would be sent to a juvenile facility until 18, than finish the remainder of the term in fed pen.

ya i know, but i am in the uk and you need to verify your details with paypal cos they like to limit accounts for random reasons

so yea, that aint stopping me making 30k a year

 

Never been much of a snitch, but stupidity makes it tempting. And those of you doing the work, would be the ones to catch the worse end of it.
