    No this isn't illegal nor against DP's rules. I wouldn't have posted this if it was. PayPal as placed a limitation on my PayPal and I need help getting the limitation removed. I can provide further details on msn if you are interested in doing this job for me.

    Yes, that is illegal. It is called fraud - you should use a real photoid.
