Need people to upload pics

    hey we are looking for people to upload pictures to http://www.eyetotheworld.com we need pictures from all over the world and we need people to post them in the right section(you can also create sections) right now the 2006 world cup games are going on if people can even post pictures from there we would really appreciate it thankx!

    A little advice if you don't mind,
    1. Change "Australia" to "Oceania" to include NZ, Fiji, etc.
    2. Add Middle East.
