Hi, This posting is only for people who will be in Florida, South Carolina and Nevada on the day of presidential primaries. What you will need: - register on the site that I will provide a URL for - drive/bike/run/walk to where any of the presidential candidates will be on the day of the primaries - use your camera phone with email capabilities to take a picture of the candidate and type a quick, 20-25 word article about what you are seeing - I don't care if it has the content of "Barack Obama is in Nebraska diner, having scrambled eggs and talking to the waitress about his plans for presidency." as long as the report is accurate and true - use the email capabilities of the phone to immediately send the post to the site - The posts with images and text will be paid at $5 per post, and posts with video will be paid at $10 per post. Few do's and don'ts - Do track down as many candidates as you can - both republican, democrat, green, blue, etc - each post you submit will be paid for according to the payment schedule I outlined above - If you feel like sticking to the same candidate and following him around to make 10 different posts with video throughout the day - do that - Do submit a short comment accompanying your image or video 20-25 words - no text, no pay - Don't steal someone else's video or image to post - even if you post 99 legitimate submissions and try to sneak an image or a video you did not create or one that isn't legitimate, I will not pay you for any of your posts, I will remove the offending post from the site, and will keep the honest ones on there - hard and fast rule - Don't submit more than 10 articles in one day, I will not pay you for anything past 10. But if you submit 10 articles with video on that day, you can earn $100 for maybe 30-40 minutes of work and maybe 2-3 hours of driving - good deal I think Send me a PM, and I will send you detailed instructions on where to go and what to do. All payments will be made via Paypal and in no other way, so you must have a Paypal account. Also, all payments will be made within 3 days after your posts - I will need the time to check all posts for validity, and once I am done with your posts, I will pay you promptly. At this point, I do not have any limits on how many people can sign-up, as I do not think I will get many, but send me a PM and if I think I need more people, I will accept you, otherwise, I will tell you either no or stand-by. Final stipulation - all posts need to be made less than 30 minutes from the time the event occured. That is if you post that Rudy Gulianni is giving a speech at the mill at 11:30 and I find out that he left the mill at 10:45 (and I will find out), I will not pay you for the post. If you want to take some pics, record some video, get home, think about, and write a nice report - let me know ahead of time and we will try to agree on the price. Wonna throw something else out there. My budget is $500 for each of the primary days. So if one person wants to run around for a day and do 50 reports with video - that would be fine too. I would even be willing to do an escrow ahead of time and we split the cost of the escrow.
Even though it's a great offer, I think your target market is very, very small, with people having to live in Florida, having free time, and a phone with good accessories. Hope it works out for you though.
Thanks for the advise, geegel. I think I will try craigslist. Or worse comes to worse, I can fly into those cities and do it myself. As of now, the offer still stands, but I might pull it if I get no responses soon.
